Michelle took on the incredibly difficult task of helping my mother-in-law find the perfect tenant for her rental property. My mother-in-law doesn't speak a lick of English, but Michelle took it all in stride, had the patience to communicate effectively despite it, and delivered the goods! She managed to successfully find great tenants at the right price, all while navigating the tricky balance between landlord and prospective tenant dynamics. Michelle is the best.
