very courteous professional service
My appointments here are yearly. Two days before my yearly appointment this office calls me and cancels my appointment as my provider went on vacation. Then they turn around and deny my needed medication refil because I havent been seen in a year. The reason I had not been seen is because they cancelled my yearly appointment. These providers and office staff do not put patient care first nor do they care that you may need medication.
