They are very friendly and they answer all questions.
Just Do not!! I was seen on June 18th.. I was told my contacts would be here in 4-7 days. I called June 29th. Called probably 4 times. They kept telling me too busy to check on my order. I called at approximately 3:30. I was told was on back order. I called my insurance company today. Customer service called them they told him Alcon was back ordered.
