From the time I began inquiring about a rental Michelle was nice. Throughout my time as a tenant I was able to see how helpful and caring of a person she is. Anytime there was an issue at the rental, she never hesitated nor procrastinated about having someone come out immediately. If, the rental that I lived in wasn’t up for sale, I would still be a tenant. Best rental experience I’ve had.
DO NOT RENT OR BUY from this Michelle. I rented a home from Michelle Ruston in Zachary. From day one our automatic garage door didn’t work, she never got it fixed the whole year we lived in the home. She will not answer any phone calls, only responds by text. Any problem we had with the home it seemed we were at the bottom of Michelles priority list. I highly recommend looking for a different agent.
Great to rent from. Super helpful and understanding, especially when it comes to home maintenance. Have rented from her multiple times in multiple cities in Louisiana and never had an issue.
Michelle Ruston was excellent to work with for the entire process of our business with her, from showing us the unit through signing the lease, all the way to being understanding in our final days of move out. Geaux Michelle!
