We are first time home owners and were uneasy about the process. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, and always took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process. What really stood out was how well she stood up for us and advocated on our behalf. We always felt supported and confident having her in our corner. Highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional marketing practices of Michelle Ruether with Keller Williams. Despite multiple, clearly posted No Soliciting signs throughout our neighborhood, she chose to ignore them and placed plastic bag flyers on every door handle. This wasn’t just inconsiderate it disregarded community rules and created unnecessary obstacles for residents, especially seniors and those with ADA accessibility needs.
