I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional marketing practices of Michelle Ruether with Keller Williams. Despite multiple, clearly posted No Soliciting signs throughout our neighborhood, she chose to ignore them and placed plastic bag flyers on every door handle. This wasn’t just inconsiderate it disregarded community rules and created unnecessary obstacles for residents, especially seniors and those with ADA accessibility needs. Michelle was phenomenal throughout the process of buying a new build in Del Webb at Viera. We moved from out of state and she walked us through all we needed to know! She was present during all our walk throughs and has an eye for details that helped us find things the builder missed.
