Michelle is an amazing and talented counselor. Her trauma and EMDR counseling is amazing and she understands the theory and practice of the services she offers.
I have seen many therapists over the years, but have not found one as effective, empathetic, and helpful as Michelle. She provides many useful tools and recourses in session and explains things well. Getting an appointment set up was a breeze and I find the LifeStance portal easy to use. Thank you, Michelle!
I had a great experience it seems like my counselor was able to connect with me on my level and provide me with information I didn't know and also some tools to have a positive progression away from the things I'm going through. The booking experience was nice and I enjoyed the hour that I had.
