Dr. Ridnour did not take my issue seriously. 2 years ago, I visited Dr. Ridnour because my menstrual cycle was unusual. She gave me a pelvic exam and told me "everything looks good, the problem will fix itself". Two years later, the problem has only gotten worse. A few months ago, I finally decided to go get a second opinion. With a few simple blood tests, my new doctor determined that I have a tumor on my pituitary gland. Dr. Ridnour is the best doctor I have ever had. She *listens* to my concerns and informs with kindness, while dispersing information and options for treatment in a realistic way. She has been my OBGYN for over 13 years, she delivered my son and did my excision surgery for Endometriosis. She has worked with me when my insurance would not cover the prescriptions I needed to find other options and has always cared about my over all health.
Unfeeling, Uncaring, and Arrogant. I've been to see her for the last time. She doesn't listen; I am "only" a patient, and not a doctor. Her exam chairs/tables are unsuited for a short person (I'm five feet tall), and if I cramp up from having my hip bent at the wrong angle, she ignores me and says, "Oh, it'll only be a minute; don't be a baby!"
