I have been coming to Dr Michelle for awhile now and I feel taken care of and she takes my health seriously and always listens! I will only see female providers so I am glad I found one near me. I also have never had to wait for an appointment more than about 5 minutes. However, I do agree with some other reviews that the front desk and other staff is very rude and lacks customer service skills. It was excellent and she’s possibly THE best chiropractor to work on my back in the last 40 years!
Dr. Michelle is courteous, concerned and always willing to share helpful information about health concerns. She's helped me several times in discovering causes for nagging problems I've had in addition to being a great chiro.
Dr. Michelle is great - very skilled. Daphne and Nora are amazing. The only thing lacking is the customer service by the front desk and billing. They mess up the billing frequently and the new receptionist (young, blonde) is awful. She doesn't understand basic concepts of helping the person in front of you, not the person behind you. She's quite rude. Unless you're a male and then she gives you lots of attention and giggles.
