She was very charming but was dishonest with me. She told me she had shopped around for me and I wouldn't find any better deal. I easily found much better deals and from reputable local agents. She also tried to tell me the rates didn't matter because they would just come down anyway and I'd refinance. No one can guarantee what rates will do and of course we will want the best rate we can get.

Michelle is the absolute best at what she does and we've worked many times together on transactions. She is my go-to Lender with my clients, especially first time Buyers as she not only knows how to do her job well, but educates our clients as we go and explains everything in ways they understand.
