The worse apartment I have ever stayed in! They recently got a new property management company and they are horrible. We have been without hot water for 4 days during this pandemic. The building manager is one of the rudest ladies I have spoken with, no sympathy no reinsurance they will solve this issue! We have also been without heat for months! They do not respond to Maintenance request or communicate when they are making changes! It just the worse experience I have ever had!
Lived there for a year and had absolutely no issues the management was amazing if we needed anything they were on it! Definitely a great place for a family to grow! Thank you everyone at mpa for being so good to us we will miss living there!
