We were told by Michelle that if we paid full asking with no inspection contingency close in 3weeks and let the seller stay in house a few months to wait for new house to be built it would be a deal. We agreed within minutes with no counter offer. We signed a contract within the hour. She accepted our offer and sold it to a higher bidder. I cannot think of anyway for Michelle to improve her level of service. She was beyond proactive, answering most questions before I could think to ask. Her level of local knowledge is also unmatched in my mind. She priced my home perfectly and a strong contract came in 4 short days. I’m beyond impressed. I would recommend Michelle to any prospective seller or buyer in the area!
