If I can leave 0 stars I would. My experience is NOT with the doctor but this office itself, the doctor was great. My experience with this office has been nothing but a headache. I went in for a wellness check which is 100% covered with my insurance and had already confirmed prior to making the appointment and when I go to check in they tried saying that I was going to have an out of pocket to pay. I love Dr Prestoza and Elizabeth! Very sweet, they both spend a lot of time and ask a lot of questions. They’re not only concerned with my physical well-being, but also my mental.
My experience with the provider was fine however the interaction with the staff members solidified that I will not be coming back after my first initial visit here. When checking in, the older front desk staff looked annoyed that she wasn’t able to find me as whoever had scheduled my appointment over the phone had completely entered my information incorrectly and she proceeded to speak poorly of them…don’t you guys all work together as a unit? Dr Prestoza is ok, I've met her once(she is my moms PCP, but not sure for how long). Staff are completely incompetent! The one lady could've really injured my mom if she would've put the order in right for physical therapy and mom would've went! (Lady put it in for occupational) Jean from another department is the only one who has been helpful!
I am with Banner Health and had to choose a new Dr.as mine retired. I did research and decided on Dr Prestoza. I'm very pleased with her thoroughness and efficiency. She took time to go over my existing health records and asked me if I had any other concerns. She ordered some testing and I actually got in the same day. I had the results within 3 hours after my tests online. I highly recommend Dr Prestoza as I felt she was genuinely concerned about me as her patient. Yvonne.
