I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment my son and I received at this nail salon. My son was in pain and urgently needed just one nail cut. We weren’t asking for a full service — just one nail. We even explained that we were happy to wait until the end and would return tomorrow to complete the rest. But shockingly, all three staff members refused to help. I’ve been going here a while. The waxing is perfect, never had any issues. No issues with manicures either, I ask for short and round, always happy. Recently went for a pedicure and asked for short nails, no colour. Let me stress that everything went fine, no pain, amazing massage, feet are super soft BUT they went too short.
