Went in, asked for a gel x set. As I sat down, he filed my nails till they were bunting because I had existing gel on. Red flag #1 Then he said you want gel x or builder gel. Didn’t know they offered builder gel, so we went that route. He started placing builder gel on. I looked down , I was completely ALL over my skin. Red glad #2 Then I went to put in lamp. OMG. Always great service. The thing I appreciate the most is the kindness of the employees. During today's visit, I witnessed an elderly woman walk in for a pedicure. The gentleman that works there helped her with her purse, helped her stand up, get situated, and even gave her something for her lap so she could enjoy her book. Kindness goes a long way, and you just don't see this level of service sometimes. I really appreciate the employees and highly recommend Michelle's Nails.
I was walk-in twice and they took me in right away. Jenny was the first visit and she is extremely nice and professional. She fixed my nails from a previous place I visited. I appreciated that she took her time and I didn’t feel rush. The owner was also very professional! The second time I was taken care of by Jimmy. Once again…not rushed and great service! I travel full time and visit Visalia a few times a year…this place is my new “go to” nail salon. Thank you!
👎👎 Showed inspo pic lady said okay but after she continued with pedicure she then stated she cannot do French tip pedicure due to toe nails being short after she cut them. They suggested acrylic which is funny because I use to come here and have always done French tip pedis without acrylic infact I use to want acrylic but these same people had suggested not to year ago but now it was a requirement in order to get French tip on toes.
