Michelle was very thorough. She listened to everything my wife and I explained to her and proceeded accordingly. She, not only scheduled us for a CT scan but also walked it right to the lab and got me in within 15 minutes. When the scan was done she took the time to go though the results with us and showed them on her computer. She called me at home later to let me know she had scheduled me to meet with two different Doctors to do further testing. She went way beyond my expectations to assure that I was well taken care of. She is very detailed and kind. She noticed something that has nothing to do with what I was seeing her for and took her time to help me get me the test I needed and set me up to see the right specialist.
Michelle is a wonderful Physicians Assistant. She kind and courteous, and most of all, I find her to be thorough in her profession.
