Michelle Menna was my realtor when I was selling my two-unit property, and both had tenants, which made the sale a little problematic. The tenants were sometimes a tad obstreperous, but Michelle handled them with grace and tact. She found a buyer who was willing to accept my terms and conditions and the sale then went smoothly.
