I was understanding when they asked to change my appointment (that I waited a year for), then again because of an emergency C section. I’ve been seeing Dr Medel for 7 years. I had a 3:00 ultrasound, then a 3:30 appointment. At 4:45 I had still not been called back for my appointment. The office manager apologized, but that is so disrespectful of my time I will be finding another OBGYN. The scheduler needs to do a better job or they just need to quit double booking.
She is very knowledgeable, kind and always friendly. Dr Medel asks questions and actually listens to your concerns. I have recommended her to family as well as friends.
I wish I could rate Dr. Medel with a 10 star rating! She is extremely personable, caring and does what’s best for you! She truly shows compassion! Would highly recommend her!
