I have been her patient for many years now. She takes the time to listen, you feel like she truly cares and she explains clearly what steps I need to take if the issue is one that will take time to resolve. I did not meet her new medical assistant this past visit, but the RN filling in was exactly what I expect from Banner for care. It's terribly unfortunate that my father received only cursory care (care is a stretch) from Dr. Ballecer. As he rapidly deteriorated due to many co-morbidities, the Dr. and her staff refused to provide information we needed for LTC benefits. The carrier followed up with Dr. Ballecer for a year and even went so far as to provide a simple checklist....no response. Have had the great privilege of her counsel for past 12 years. Dr B. has the wisdom empathy and patience of a fine physician. Her attention to detail,commitment to her patients,and genuine interest all facets of her job,makes for “rockstar physician”! She cannot take new patients now,as the demand for her services has outgrown her time. Both my wife and I are Very Grateful for our relationship as our PCP!
