We had a very disappointing experience with this practice. The doctor was okay when we spoke to her. Unfortunately they were completely unresponsive for the follow up appointment. They received my son’s bloodwork directly from Quest, which showed an elevated level. They never contacted me for months. I have spent hours on hold following up over several weeks and still no response. They have been completely unprofessional and now we’re starting over with a new practice. Not compassionate, very disappointed. Even my daughter doesn’t want to go back to see her. Poor bedside manner.
