absolutely terrible experience. i had to wait outside to fill out paperwork for 5 minutes, they then incorrectly told me my insurance wouldn't cover the exam. I got my insurance provider on the phone to let them know it is covered, had to continue to wait outside for another 10 minutes, they then told me i was late for my exam and they couldn't see me. find another provider that's able to actually understand insurance information.

Experienced, licensed professional team who are extremely customer service oriented and highly dedicated to serving you and your whole family going above and beyond. Great location, easy to find, and was such a pleasurable experience. We had a great visit. We were in and out quickly after thorough examinations
Dr. Cooper and her staff were so awesome. My Husband, my daughter, and I all went for regular check up last month on the 25th-- turns out we all are as blind as bats. lol We all got glasses, they are great quality and price. Next month I'll be making another appointment to get my daughters contact exam. Dr. Cooper and staff were so kind I didn't feel like a patient but like a friend. Please go there and give them your business!-
I was admittedly late for my appointment and they refused to see me because it was going to throw off the schedule. I waited to see and how many patients were after me...no one showed up. When I asked they said the person after me cancelled (so I wouldn't have thrown off the schedule) apparently they just didn't want to cut a busy mother of three that happened to be running late a break...Have an appointment scheduled at 11:30 today elsewhere.
Awesome optometrists and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to any who seeking eye care!!!
