I have held off on leaving this review for a long time. We like Dr. Liu, but we only see her for 10 minutes once or twice a year. We deal with the front desk all the time and it is a nightmare! I took my son to see Dr. Michelle Liu today, and I was truly impressed by how welcoming, knowledgeable, and thorough she was. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and we did not have to wait long to be seen. Shortly after, a staff member named Jamayah came in, and she was incredibly kind and polite.
