Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was the waiting area spacious? I am appalled at my recent experience and will be changing my dr. shortly. Dr. Li's office recently began using a patient portal to communicate with patients re: office, visits, etc. At first, I thought it was a great idea - even if they MADE me sign up, I didn't have to pay for it, so no biggie. When I was in the office, time was set aside for them to walk me through how to use the portal. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
