Dr. Wilson is excellent and she has been my doctor for several years now. I never feel rushed or "scanned" during my appointments. She is thorough but not wasteful. She explains and then asks for questions. AND, as important as anything, she is somehow always in a good mood and has a smile for me.
The visit overall was fine. The only thing was the lab person wasn't very clear about the process of what to do with the urine sample and where the rest room was. She acted like I should know the process. Then after reading all the directions in the rest room and coming out I wasn't sure where to go.
Dr. Wilson is an awesome doctor and extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing all areas of medical problems.
Dr. Michelle Wilson is very attentive, thorough, caring, and kind. Thankful to have her for my doctor!! I highly recommend her!!
Best Doctor I have ever had. Very concerned and approaches every issue I have that day with care and resolve. Always can get an appointment.
She is always thorough and explicit in her exams, findings and recommendations. Clinical yet compassionate ... I feel very confident in her care.
I told her I smoke and then she spoke to me about quitting. This was not the reason for my visit but then proceeded to charge my insurance $130 for tobacco consultation. This is sneaky and very unappreciated. She seems to care less about her patients but $$$
I've also had problems dealing with multiple medical issues during appt 's. During my first appt. a nurse came in and screened my talking points so I left without addressing some real concerns. Which remain unchecked to date. I'm in the process of leaving this practice for another south coast Doctor. If you have medical issues beyond a few this is NOT the doctor for you. I'd also like to add the receptionist /appt takers demeanor is appalling. Not a people person
The first issue I'd like to address is the woman that handles appointments for the Pooler location. She is rude/abrasive every time we call. Also, please stop referring to our symptoms as "complaints", it is degrading to have our health issues trivialized in this manner. The second issue is this practice restricts the number of "complaints" you can make to 3. This is not our experience with other South Coast doctors. I was trying to make an appt. for a new "complaint" only to be shut down.
