If I could give her a negative rating I would. If you’re looking to get unnecessary surgery’s done mixed with unfamiliarity on GI problems Kosik is the person for you. GI team at Elmhurst were disorganized to say the least. They didn’t notify on my colonoscopy results until I called 2 months later. I have sent messages and no responses. I get referred to Kosik for a “consultation” and she didn’t do any exams and scheduled me for gallbladder removal!!! Dr. Kosik is a gifted Surgeon. She is thorough, detailed, and perceptive. She prioritizes patient medical issues without the drama or detachment of some other doctors and in a way the patient can understand.
