I am at St. Clair Shores resident and I had Been going to this practice for about two years now. Once I became pregnant and I was and I happy with the service that was provided by one of the doctors . I was told that if I didn't want to see one of the doctors that was through with the whole practice. The nurse staff can be very nasty at times and also unreliable. I was 18 weeks pregnant and had an infection that my family doctor called about from hospital results and SCS never called to inform me. She refuses to see me when I have any pregnancy issues, when I call she says "go to the ER", which I've been 5 times, I can't continue to go to the ER... Also, the lack of communication is terrible! I would NOT recommend this office. If you make an appt to see a Dr chances are you probably won't, unless you wait 3-4 hours. The last 2 appointments I had they called to cancel on me. And then today I got there at 9:50am for my 10:10 appt and the doctor wasn't even there! He was at a hospital in Detroit. I wasn't even given the common courtesy of a phone call, and no other Dr could fit me in. I am beyond enraged and should have switched doctors months ago when he was unreliable.
