Very disappointed that I called the office several times before a holiday weekend with no response from the doctor. After no response before the long weekend the doctor refused to help me and told me to reach out to the ER.
Great doctor, she really listens, explains what needs to be done and works with you towards your best care. Her support staff is also great addition to her team.
So nice to have a place so organized, Doctor takes you at your appt time and answers all your questions.
Dr. Klink is a WONDERFUL doctor. Very easy to talk to, takes her time and friendly. HOWEVER my rating is a 1 ONLY because of the support staff. Every single month it is an issue with prescription refills. EVERY SINGLE MONTH! Some of the MA go above and beyond. Others act like you’re bothersome.
