Michelle is an absolutely amazing Realtor! She was extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. She even helped stage our home, and when it went on the market, it was sold the first week, and she sold our home for way over asking price! If you want to sell your home fast and get the highest price for your home, I would defiantly buy and sell with Michelle!

Even in a very challenging market, Michelle was able to help us find the perfect buyer who loved our home as mu... read more
Michelle was a valuable resource throughout the entire process. I felt very confident in my ability to find and purchase just the right property with Michelle’s help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Santa Barbara area.
Michelle was outstanding in helping me with my transaction. Always reachable. Great knowledge of the Santa Barbara/Montecito markets. Worked with me 5 plus years before we found the right property. Easy to work with great follow-up. I would HIGHLY recommend using Michelle for any real estate transaction in the area.
