I needed to add an item to my house insurance policy. I was fortunate that Julie Guzman answered the phone that morning. In a matter of minutes, she explained the process, and did the paperwork while I was on the phone. I also had clarifying questions about my policy. Julie was patient explaining the answers to me. I was asked to provide a review of my interaction with Michelle Killian's office. I'm a new client of Michelle's office, but have been with State Farm for 40 years. I'm a new client of hers because my agent unfortunately passed away.
