Dr. Michelle Kelly had horrible bed side manor and aggressively grabbed our 2-day old newborn for exam in frustration when we wanted answers as to why we couldn't take our baby home. It was the most emotionally vulnerable time of our lives, and this matter was not handled with care. We just wanted things explained and then wanted a second opinion. She would not respect our wishes. A relationship between a pediatrician and parents is special and should be handled with care. The most traumatizing experience.
