Above and Beyond Service. I was paired with Ms. Michelle Kahl via a program from Navy Federal Credit Union when I was ready to list my late mother's house for sale and I could not have asked for better service. In addition to the emotions that go into an estate sale, I was also not local to the property. I am in Pennsylvania and my mother's property was in Maryland. Michelle did an excellent job ! We did run her all around while changing times and places. We also had her meet us on a Sunday. Michelle was very professional and never uttered a negative phrase. I was also impressed with her positive attitude, commitment and knowledge.
First house, great experience! This was our first time buying a home, and Michelle helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was early to every showing, and met us at many homes before we found the right one. She made the experience very easy for us. We really appreciate her hard work throughout the entire process.
