Dr Jao saw my daughter when she was first born in the hospital. As she was finishing her exam and about to leave, I asked her what was the plan with my daughter’s jaundice. “Jaundice?” she replied. And then I spent the next few minutes telling her about what was already in my daughter’s file. My daughter was one day old. Certainly she could take the time to skim her file before walking in. She was about to leave without even knowing about it. How incompetent.
Best Doctor ever!! She has been great with both my boys. She's very detailed and informative with any question have. Dr Jao is truly the best and very smart there is no run around and no guessing or overlooking! Best pediatrician EVER!!!
