We brought our 1.5-week-old, Beckett, in for an upper lip tie procedure, and we had such a great experience with Dr. Green and the entire team. They were very thorough in explaining the procedure, post-op instructions, and care, which made us feel very comfortable. The facility was clean, the process was quick, and everyone was as gentle and caring as possible. They did an amazing job getting us in on short notice for our baby's lip tie. Doctor Green was amazing, took less than a minute to complete the procedure, and made sure he had answered any questions we had. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and even signed a card for our little one! Would most definitely recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I scheduled a consultation for my boss and received the appointment confirmation. At no point in the confirmation email did it state that failing to respond to the reminder message would result in the appointment being canceled. In fact, I still have the email and it contains no such warning.
