Unprofessional. Scheduled an appt to book a shoot, she cancels quite literally within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. No call. no text. nothing. just cancels after I waited a week and my wedding is in 2 weeks. This is why people don't want to book with these "photographers" in Miami. Zero business accumen or professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable.
Great experience with Michelle!! She was so nice and felt like a friend making the day so much more comfortable and fun. Especially for me as a nervous bride! Pics are beautiful and she was so great to work with!
