Absolutely untrust worthy. I had a disagreement with a late charge with her office. The office manager was VERY rude and didn't want to help at all. When I asked to speak to my doctor, I was not only denied a call from her but to even set up an appointment. I was told that I "stopped my care" with the doctor and that I couldn't set up another appointment. This was all done unilaterally by the office manager herself!
