We brought our son in for check up/shots. After the check up, it seemed to be taking a long time for them to come do the shots. We went to see what was going on, and found out that we were the only patients in there and that everyone else was taking their lunch break. It ended up being a 2 hour visit! We have been coming to this office for MANY years, and now are ready to look elsewhere. Ever since they changed it up this past time, it is a joke of an office. If I could give a negative star review, I would!!

The Cordova Park office is the absolute worst office to seek treatment for a child. When calling in to make an appointment, you are left waiting on hold for over an hour. You are expected to blindly accept their billing practices for treatments that we NOT completed on your child and to pay for double billing. Today, we were informed that it would take up to three days before a referral could be made to have our child's broken arm treated. RecommendedAll of the doctors at the 9mile office are so warm and wonderful. The nurses really take the time to care and help out with whatever the issues is.... HOWEVER... My son is 3 years old and for every single one of his well check visits- they have you make the appt Months in advance to get on the schedule. Then it doesn’t fail that the week before the appt the call and have you reschedule the appt. Every single Time.

RecommendedDr.Ewert is our Primary Pediatrician and we love her! Today Dr.Reese was The Dr.On Call for Saturday Clinic and he was awesome! He took time out to explain to me exactly what was going on with my Daughter and he was very Nice and interactive!
RecommendedToday we had our 1st appointment with Pensacola Pediatrics on Johnson Ave. I am beyond pleased with our switch. I told Dr. Antonio all my concerns with my 2 year old son and she listened and went over them instead of blowing them off like our previous pediatrician. My son absolutely loved her and actually cried when she left the room. He took to her so well. My husband and I are so happy we switch!
