I was patient at this clinic till I ran in to Michelle Fletcher Np she ignored my needs to see a neurologist day one when i request one in July she told me to wait another month the other two referrals were enough according to her And to come back next month. Both of her referrals fell Tru very next month in August. I finally got to see a neurologist in Kingman in August.Come to find out I was having bad seizures during the time that I was seeing Michelle. Staff is quite nice and respond to questions in a friendly manner. Michelle is very good. She listens and seems to care about my concerns. She returns my messages same day, though if I send after hours she responds the next day. I would recommend.
