Kind understanding caring, very professional
Im at a loss. I cant get treatment. They are too busy covering for their mistakes? I dunno. The ladies working there are real quick to give out bad information. I have been having problems getting there referrals thru. 3 times they try gaslighting me into believing im wrong. Finally i got someone who would listen. I still can get rides to the doctor and their reply is "we dont have a problem with that". Im telling them this us the problem, its been a problem for years, i have 3 different doctors with the same problem.
I liked Mrs. Fletcher at first until my husband brought our dear friend in to see if she had dementia and she asked her a few questions to check her memory but when she couldn't remember Michelle proceeds to tell her the answers and doesn't feel like she needs to be tested. She said she's just getting older...BULLCRAP. She can't remember what she ate for breakfast a few hours after eating it and she refuses to take a shower!! UMMMM...Something Is Wrong!!
