Michelle Flanagan has always listened to me about what issues I am having .She took the time to figure out the right medications that work best for me. She has been the best doctor and I am saddened that she is leaving the practice. I would highly recommend her.
I have been waiting to be seen for more than 45 minutes for the first appointment of the day. She required unnecessary bloodwork and more frequent appointments than my last doctor. The only health advice given was to take my meds. So I essentially pay to see her, pay for the X-rays and blood work, and then pay for the medicine. This is not healthcare, it’s robbery.
I really felt heard. I felt Flanagan was very committed to helping me be the best I can be. She started me on medicine that REALLY helped my arthritic pain that had become debilitating at times. I'm so grateful to have such a knowledgeable kind person on my medical journey:)
Michelle Flanagan was excellent in providing care, was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. All around very pleased with her. I would recommend her for all rheumatology needs. 5 stars and above!
