Arrived early and ended up sitting waiting with no estimate of when I would be seen by Dr. Levy. What’s the purpose of an appointment if you end up waiting for nearly an hour after your arrival time? People have families and jobs to get back to.She was already “with a patient” when I arrived 20 minutes early. Over an hour later, nothing.
Dr. Levy is friendly and approachable. She is patient, caring, and listens to your concerns and questions. I recommend her to everyone that is looking for an optometrist. She is excellent with children, as well. Her practice is modern, clean, well run, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
