I came to see Dr. Michelle for a very complicated case that is overseas. I was emotionally charged already after a call with the patient dad when I was driving toward the appointment with Dr. Michelle. I forgot what her name was, the EEG or imaging lady, was already crying after she went over the patient MRI and report and asked: can she be here? Can she comes to the US? Unorganized and the staff is unprofessional. Waited 7 months for an appointment. The day of the appointment finally arrives, we get there 10 min early when the office lady said she was running behind. She didn’t give a time I had to ask multiple times if she was ready yet, we ended up waiting over an hour. No one ever called or followed up after our appointment. Not only is Dr. Nwosu is very skilled and knowledgeable, but she is patient and kind. She examined my daughter and created a plan to help her with her chronic migraines. I highly recommend Dr. Nwosu. She will do everything she can to provide the best treatment for your child.
