Michelle is the best loan person in the business. As a real estate investor, I have used different loan people throughout the years. The only person I use now is Michelle, as she always delivers the best loan at the best rates. Michelle forwarded me an email one day, and said this property looks like a good deal. I agreed, so I bought it. The property appraised for more than I paid for it. I still own the property, and it has increased in value over $100,000.
