Literally could not be seen due to not having the funds to pay a co-pay for my office visit. I stated that I could pay it tomorrow once I get paid but nope they will have to totally reschedule me approximately 3 or so weeks out. SMH. That is really unfortunate being that due to payment you have to put your health on the back burner.
This was my first visit with Dr. Wood. She was way over booked. I was in the office an hour.Then I was told that she is leaving. Really? Why bother to meet a Dr. For the first and last time. My physical was 5 minutes if that.
8/30/22 visit, appt was 1pm, long wait although seemed I was only patient there when first arrived. Wait in reception area after check-in, wait in docs office, then wait yet again in exam room. Frustrating....then insult to injury to learn she is leaving the practice from the receptionist at checkout and not a word from the doc herself , very rude in my opinion. Guess not concerned about patients since she won't be practicing there any longer. Speaks volumes !!!!!
