I've been with this agency for several years and it's been a absolute nightmare getting anything done. I have a great driving record so I rarely need to reach out, but I've spoken to Michelle on many occasions to discuss my outrageous policy increases. She is rude, unprofessional, and gives nonsensical responses, beating around the bush instead of working towards a solution. I called this place today and encountered the worst service from an insurance company in my entire life, I have worked in insurance over 10years and have dealt with many insurance agencies and I’ve experienced any so unprofessional.
Nothing but fantastic experiences with this office. I am currently in the process of moving states, reached out to Patrick and had a referral to a local agent in minutes and he offered his assistance all the way through the process. Would 100% recommend.
