Horrible service. They can't do anything without calling StateFarm's office, they messed both my and my family's insurance. I would strongly recommend going with another agency. Michelle is just looking to nickel and dime you with everything she can. Her employees are not helpful and they surely do not care about their customers. EDIT: Coming back through years later to say Michelle still it one of the worst agents in the area! She had the audacity to send me a marketing letter. Never use this agent event! Run!!!
I've been with this agency for several years and it's been a absolute nightmare getting anything done. I have a great driving record so I rarely need to reach out, but I've spoken to Michelle on many occasions to discuss my outrageous policy increases. She is rude, unprofessional, and gives nonsensical responses, beating around the bush instead of working towards a solution.
