Michelle apparently closed down her practice and transferred my records to an unrelated NP named Tammy Cooper. I went in for my annual wellness checkup (different location) and was surprised by the change and dissapointed in the billing and follow-up.

I agree with other reviews that she spends quality time with each patient. The problem becomes that leaves other patients waiting, up to and sometimes over an hour after their scheduled appointment times. This isn’t feasible for patients who have jobs and lives etc. I appreciate quality care and time, but that has to be factored into how appointments are scheduled. This isn’t an anomaly and it is consistent with every appointment I have ever had, to include being the first appointment of the day, first thing in the morning.
Michelle Cooper has been my long-term primary for 5+ years. She has always been professional and competent. On the several occasions where I’ve encountered issues, they were regarding billing, insurance, and record keeping mistakes by the front desk. Michelle Cooper is great, but her front desk/receptionist staff are quite terrible.
