Michelle Carter received what I believe was an invalid notification indicating that she was authorized to sell a property in Atlanta, Georgia. Following that notification, Michelle proceeded to list the home despite the property being involved in a pending lawsuit. I am concerned that neither Michelle nor the Keller Williams brokerage adequately considered or addressed the legal circumstances surrounding the property before proceeding with the listing.
