I had to see her a few times due to the fact that my doctor switched offices. She does not listen to the patient. She does not pay attention to the patient background. She will do what she needs to do to appease you in the moment of your appointment and not follow up correctly like she tells you she will. She made a very serious mistake with a couple of my health issues. Her patient notes in the patient portal don’t match what was even close to my appointment. I had a great visit. She took the time to talk to me about my concerns and acted on them if she felt that they needed to be further investigated. Very patient, kind and understanding.
