If I could give zero stars I would! Like other reviews she completely dismissed my pain and anything I had to say, was rude and extremely condescending! If you can do anything for yourself, avoid this doctor at all cost! She should have her license revoked!!!
Michelle Smith Barlow has caused me to experience excruciating pain since 2017!! She ignored standard protocol when I went to her office in late 2017. It's important for a patient to be laying face down and using ultrasound to give a shot in your neck. Michelle Smith refused that protocol. I was perched on a corner of an exam table.
