Edit: After going to electrolysis for months, in which time she claimed that she would have insurance coverage worked out next visit if I continued paying out of pocket which I did for about a year, she abruptly cancelled all of our appointments, citing an inability to get insurance to cover it. Not really worth paying thousands of dollars to get arbitrary and inconsistent results and service.
Michelle is the greatest! She’s thorough and knows what she’s doing, and has been exceptionally helpful in helping and informing me throughout the (frankly daunting) hair removal process. She’s also super sweet, supportive, and a total hoot to talk with. Being greeted by her adorable pup Willow at the top of each session also consistently makes my day!
Michelle is great! Super kind and friendly and will talk you through the process of getting prepped for surgery. I've been going to her for both surgical prep and my face and have gotten great results.
She is an excellent electrologist, very nice and knowledgeable.
I've been a client of Michelle's for about half a year now to get me prepped for surgery. She's very sweet, knowledgeable, and happy to talk you through the electrolysis process as she's doing it. Highly recommended!
