Michelle is very good at creating a welcoming environment when I come for appointments. She is always listening and making adjustments to fit my needs. Plus her dog is so cute and friendly. Truly a highlight of my week.
If Michelle were a cup of coffee she'd be pumpkin spice. She's every girl's favorite even if they refuse to admit it LOL. She's wicked smart, like PhD in optics kind of smart, so she knows all the nitty-gritty electro chemistry behind her work. She's thorough, punctual, flexible, and hilarious (but clearly not quiiite asa funny as me). Also, her dog's like the whip cream on the coffee, even looks like a dollop of cream.
