Michelle, Nickie and this team is truly amazing! This is the second time I ended up in the hospital and last minute they were able to jump in and within an hour they were at my house taking care of my pup!!! Michelle has been watching my cat for about a year now when I travel. I love how responsive she is, and she very much cares about the well-being of the animal. I love that she also sends pictures each day when she visits, so you have peace of mind your animal is doing well.
