Waited since November 2024 for an appointment. Arrived today and greeted with the sign attached to this review. I attempted to reschedule and the EARLIEST APPOINTMENT IS 1/13/2027. Unacceptable
We have been waiting to see the doctor for over 2.5 years. The provider canceled the second made appointment and wouldn’t reschedule for another year. As we see approaching my sons appointment this hear I called the office to follow up and confirm appointment date and time. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with this doctor. Our appointment was at 8:00 AM, and we didn’t leave until 10:30. The visit was for my three year old daughter, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The initial screening was completely inappropriate for a toddler. The tech expected my daughter to read letters off a screen, essentially her ABCs , even though she had just turned three. No one explained the process or adjusted the screening to her age. My son was seeing her for 4 yrs but with how busy she is we'd go 7 months in between appointments and the only solution was patching. We would spend 5+ hours waiting to be seen to spend 5 minutes with the doctor and sent on our way told to patch for 9 hrs per day for the next 7 months she does not take enough time truly helping patients unfortunately will never go back.
This place has had my baby’s referral for two weeks and never called me to schedule. I called twice to try and set up an appointment and was told the doctor hasn’t reviewed it yet. Unacceptable.
