Michelle is very unprofessional. She came highly recommended so we trusted her. We set up a time to speak and she completely forgot about the time I took for our meeting. I called her twice and emailed her, I received no reply until my realtor reached out to her. For the course of three days it was terrible communication. I asked her a question which I am still waiting on an answer. She lacks communication skills and professionalism. Unsure as to how she has five stars and comes highly recommended. Do not use her!!!
